Services and terms
Minimum stay 3 nights.
The above prices include electricity and water consumption heating, bed linen and towels for each person with change on the third day, TV, microwave,unguarded private parking closed by gates.
Prices do not include municipal tourist tax and final cleaning, quantified in
30 Euros for the 'Ulivo' accomodation
40 Euros 'Pompelmo' accomodation
The apartments are all equipped with kitchen with electric hobs, pots and crockery, refrigerator, satellite TV, air conditioning, hairdryer and bathroom courtesy set.
The number of guests per accomodation must NOT exceed the maximum number of beds allowed, a rule also valid on weekends or holidays.
The reservation is confirmed only with a deposit (30% of the total amount)
Pets are not allowed.
Early departure will not be refunded.
